I'm Melina Interlandi a musculoskeletal remedial therapist with over 22 years experience in the massage and wellness industry. My passion is helping people to feel better within their bodies and regain freedom of movement.

I have a special interest in releasing tight, sore contracted muscles or ligaments and correcting structural imbalances causing joint or nerve pain.

To facilitate the release of body pain & tension I use a combination of massage techniques to bring your body back into balance:

Drawing on my personal experience of healing my own body after being involved in an airplane crash over 25 years ago (read my story) gives me a greater understanding of how debilitating pain and discomfort can affect the quality of your life.
